UAB Augma was established in 1993. Our goal is to provide the Lithuanian market with good quality fresh fruit and vegetables.
In pursuance of our goals, professional and experienced employees of UAB Augma have established many useful business relations and are permanently seeking for new fruit and vegetable suppliers in the whole world. Currently UAB Augma is one of the biggest fruit and vegetable importers - exporters in the Baltic countries. We are seeking for the leadership in this market.

UAB Augma head office is located near the sea-shore, between Klaipėda seaport and Palanga Airport. Favorable logistic situation also contributes to the successful work and development of UAB Augma. Seeking for the perfection of our business in Lithuania, we have established UAB Vilniaus Augma in Vilnius city, are in close cooperation with partners in Kaunas and have also founded subdivisions in Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Šilutė and Plungė. Convenient positioning of our warehouses, good transport organization and consistent team work ensures that even the utmost ends of Lithuania are always supplied with the best-quality products within the shortest time-frame.

The total UAB Augma warehouse area in Lithuania covers 11,000 square metres. The warehouses are equipped with up-to-date refrigeration facilities and the most effective banana-ripening chambers meeting all the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. As of 1996 UAB Augma is a member of the Lithuanian Association of Fruit and Vegetable Trade Companies.

1993 – Export of fresh fruit and vegetables to Lithuania was commenced;
1994 – Export to neighbour countries was started;
1995 – The first cargo by sea was imported via Klaipėda seaport;
1996 – Branches were established in lager cities of Lithuania;
1997 – Warehouses in Vydmantai were acquired and renovated;
1998 – The annual turnover of goods amounted to 50,000 tons;
1999 – 18 new special banana-ripening chambers were built;
2000 – Automatic packaging line was obtained;
2003 – A representation office was established in Russia (Moscow);
2004 – Lithuania joined the European Union;
2006 – The annual turnover of goods amounted to 110,000 tons.
Augma Ltd. is located in logisticaly perfect position, next to a popular sea-resort Palanga, which is only 20 km away from the third largest Lithuanian city Klaipeda.
Klaipeda port is an ice-free port of the Baltic Sea containing technically perfect terminals. The largest part of all Augma Ltd. production is imported by sea, the rest being transported by land.
